2. Cancellation by Eastern India Travels

In rare cases where a tour or booking is cancelled by Eastern India Travels due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural calamities, political unrest, or operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or credit note.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
