At Eastern India Travels, we value your trust and strive to offer transparent and fair cancellation and refund processes.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp. The applicable cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the travel date.

• ✔ 30 days before travel – 90% refund
• ✔ 15–29 days before travel – 50% refund
• ✔ 7–14 days before travel – 25% refund
• ✔ Less than 7 days – No refund

2. Cancellation by Eastern India Travels

In rare cases where a tour or booking is cancelled by Eastern India Travels due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural calamities, political unrest, or operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or credit note.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
